You must download obb file from this post, you can't download through game via Wi-fi.

After installing the app i tried downloading the data from the playstore and then copy data but when i tried to install the app again it says it is already installed but i cant not find the apk anywhere. There is no icon and i checked data/app and i also checked system/app with no luck. Any one have any ideas how i can locate the app so i can reinstall it???

For anyone having trouble with this, I think i figured out how to fix it. Keep in mind, however, that this is for non-root and i'm not totally sure if this works on every phone as I have an HTC Inspire 4G.

This game works fine along with the unlimited money, here are my steps:

1. Download 'NFL Pro 2013' For the play-store, and let the data download.
2.After installing the play-store version of the .apk, uninstall the game (the SD Data should stay). Also, you may try to install over the original, un-modded version of the game with this .apk, but i am unsure if this will work
3. Reboot your phone, and start the app, it will open with the team choosing menu, choose your team, and move on, do the tutorial if you would like.
4.if you look at your credits/money/coins/etc. you should notice it saying that you have $1,000,000 money, when you buy/purchase energy/team points/plays/quarter lengths it will go down to about $66 Million, and it will stay there, and whenever you go to another screen it should go back to $1,000,000

If this doesn't work with you, im not sure what to tell you.

I used one app to install and uninstall the .apk; it was 'AppInstaller' (Free in the play-store)
