NOTE: In the game, the internal download section with football player photos is problematic (continue without downloading, otherwise the game will be closed).

How to install real name team:
To be able to use the team save files with real names, create your own career, choose your team and log in to the game, then save and exit the career place in the 2nd place.
Download the file of the team you want from the top and extract it from the rar (it comes out of the rar) and copy the “fm_save1.fms” file.
Follow the “Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023 Mobile\games” folder path in the device main directory and add the fm_save1.fms file in the games folder, if you have played before, you can save it in fm_save1.fms (back it up if you do not want it to be lost)
WARNING: On some Android 11 phones, when you open the game for the first time, it may ask you to select the folder directory, that is where your game’s team files are located, that is, the folder you selected is /Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023 Mobile\normal\games.
Login to the game, press the Open Saved Game button, select androidoyunclub from the drop-down menu and log in to the game.

The application does not open, it throws it from the application at first. Android 13 , oneplus , arm v8

Tested on S22 Ultra Android 13 everything works as it should

Application works fine, however it has to be noted it encounters visual glitches when alt+tabbing from the app and back in *and* the user can't access the keyboard to name the stadium if the event occurs.

Doesn't install..

Real players names don't work. They are always randomly generated by the game.

Is there any fix or workaround for having all player names being the real names?
