I think something is broke, I played for about an hour got to level 7 and then said something crashed and would not let me open it just keep crashing, even uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck

It seems some of the buildings are causing the game to crash, mate. Happened to me with the toilets, the vending machines and the brick pier. I now skip most buildings and have got to level 11.

Is there anyway to recover or do I have to delete all the game info and start over?

I had to start over numerous times, mate. As far as i know it's the only thing you can do.
