Can be playing online and sync to facebook?

Oh boy, I think this game doesn't like me. This is another version with some problems so annoying that I was forced to remove it.
First it wanted to connect but I didn't let it 'cause I run out of my internet package - so it FC several times and worked several times, it looked like a random process. At last it worked so I was glad, but no, it didn't last. Wanted to remove some roads and build them in another place - I was able to remove some roads but some looked kinda like ghosts of a road and I was told I must go online to remove them. Only with some roads that looked like normal roads I got the same error and in another attempt I was able to remove them.
So uninstalled for now and maybe I skip this version and try the next available here. If it doesn't work I must assume this game isn't for me and give up.
BTW I removed this game several weeks ago when it didn't work as it usually does so it isn't a problem caused by a previous version.

Will it wipe data for every application? There are some that don't act out so I'd like to leave them as they are.

If your phone has root,you can backup all data.

Sorry, no root. I don't know how to deal with it without voiding my warranty.
So I guess I'll try just 1 more version of this game and then give up too bad, I used to like this game.
