How did you get to start unlocking Pazuzu before you unlocked the Robot Devil? I thought you needed a new metal from a robot in the new mission to build Pazuzu's building and you can't start that mission until you unlock the Robot Devil.
Robot Devil is a simple quest unlock and doesn't require drops from buildings. I can't remember all the requirements but one is to defeat 20 snakes in space.
