How does this mod work I didn't get unlimited money?

Wish I could figure this one out... It's one of the pay-to-win games I'd MOST like to have cracked.

Tried using 3 different memory editors, but the values must be obfuscated. Freedom doesn't seem to work, either (at least, not with this modded version; eventually I need to reinstall the official version and test that out). Anyone with better skills using memory editors able to give it a try? I'm pretty limited when it comes to "fuzzy" searching because of my hardware.
