Doesn't seem to work. Get a notification error "Download failed because you may not have purchased....".

Obb file is in the proper folder in the proper location.

Edit: According to the dev, version 1.2 fixes this:

"We're really, really sorry about this and have been working hard to fix it. The expansion file has just gone live, so it will work if you try downloading it again. Thanks so much for reporting this and helping us to fix it, I have dropped you a note on gmail! :)"
