Nothing, unless you don't have Play Store access in your country.

Pretty fun for my kids.

Yet Rovio games decrease in quality and so their revenue.

I bet few years later, rovio will be gone. No quality games from them since they gone to IAP system.
Rovio too focus to sell their Angry Birds chars and forget player experience over their games.
