Maybe, because you install the apk correctly, but don't put the obb file in the right place and when you start the game it try to download the "not found" obb file but voided due not results to have bought the item. ..

In order for to work correctly, you must unzip the obb file archive and place the uncompressed dir and the obb file inside it, usually in the Android/obb/ dir of your device
