I have the v1.7 2 Player Reactor. I found a silly game via Facebook that gives you a code to upgrade 2 PR to 4 PR for free.
Have you downloaded 2 Player Reactor v1.7? (Remove all other 4 Player Reactor or 2 Player Reactor, install clean)
If so, you can enter the settings where you have the 3 options: New game, Info, Activate.
