When I installed the game it auto defaulted to Russian language. To change this click on the gear icon in the upper right and then click on the sound icon on the middle left. The last of the three options that pop up is for language. Use the left and right arrows to select your language.

where’s the mod here? no unlock or anything.

All three Jason's and levels were unlocked for me. Did you check that?
