Triple Town is an original puzzle game in which you try to grow the greatest possible city. The larger the city you build, the more points you score. You build your city by matching three or more game-pieces: combine three grasses to make a flower, three flowers to make a bush, three bushes to make a tree... until you've filled the board with houses, cathedrals and castles. Along the way, you'll have to outwit giant bears who will try to block your progress.

How large can you grow your dream city before the board fills and the game ends?

To get unlimited turns, you need to edit com.spryfox.tripletown.xml in /data/data/com.spryfox.tripletown/shared_prefs/ and add this line:

<int name="ult" value="1" />

Add it before </map> at the end of the file.

I bought the add-on just so I could find out what changed, so I figured I'd share with you guys. Haven't been on this site in a long time, but it helped me a lot back in my WinMo days lol.

To get unlimited turns, you need to edit com.spryfox.tripletown.xml in /data/data/com.spryfox.tripletown/shared_prefs/ and add this line:
<int name="ult" value="1" />

I have just tested this and it works! Great find, and thankyou for sharing, kthxbyelolz. I can't imagine that too many people actually know about this or have figured it out. One note though: you must have already got past the tutorial to the point where your turns are below 1500 in order for the com.spryfox.tripletown.xml to show up. Furthermore, you must force close the application before you edit it or else the .xml file will revert back to original. (The cached process automatically opens even if you task kill Triple Town)
Also, this works with the new version 1.12 so now you can play the two new maps without having to pay for unlimited turns.

can someone get a titanium backup this game with unlimited turns ? becouse i have root exploler but dosnt have this folder ,,shared_prefs,, in this location ->com.spryfox.tripletown.xml in /data/data/com.spryfox.tripletown/shared_prefs/

Okay I spend a couple of minutes here and there working on this because my wife is addicted to this game, and in the end I realized I should have done this from the start...

I followed the instructions over and over manualy looking in several different places/folders for this file... "com.spryfox.tripletown.xml" I would find it in the folder listed above and change it over and over, deleting cashe, doing restarts, the whole works and it just kept pulling up data and rewriting it from some place totally random. All the time I was looking with Root Explorer (one of my favorite apps). Finally the light bulb turned on and I did a full device wide search on "spryfox" and damned if I didn't find a second copy of this file in some .../user/0/... folder some place. Well I deleted that, reedited the "com.spryfox.tripletown.xml" file and restarted triple town, and voila, good as gold (thanks for all the direction above). So the point here is, do the search, delete all copies of the "com.spryfox.tripletown.xml" file except the one in the folder above. Edit it the one in the folder above, save it. Then restart Triple Town, then you should be good to go.

BTW - I did this using 1.09, but I did a straight overwrite upgrade using 1.12 and yup, worked as mentioned above, still unlimited moves.

spinacz100, in order for the .xml file to show up you must get past the in-game tutorial, so that you have less than 1500 turns. and if you can't find the directory then either 1. you are not rooted, or 2. you must enable your file explorer to have root access/superuser access.

for those of you who have trouble with the file reverting back to original, it's because triple town likes to open automatically in the background as cached for some reason. I never needed to restart my phone but I had to force close it in the app manager.

Also, I used "ES File Explorer" to edit the .xml and in order to save it you must mount the system files as WRITABLE before u change it, and then after changing it you unmount it so it becomes read-only

try using ES FILE EXPLORER from the market, it's free. give it root access and you can find the folder in /data/data/ where all of your other app folders are. make sure to goto settings and allow root access + mount as writable before you edit it, then mount as read-only when your done.

If you still cant find the xml then the only thing that can explain it is that you never got past the in game TUTORIAL. Trust me, I tried looking for the .xml file for a good 20 minutes, then I realized I couldn't find it because it was a brand new installation of the game, and I needed to get past the tutorial first.
