There is no sound in the game

There isn't any up-to-date mod for this game anymore out there. But symos constantly update this game mod. Excellent.
However, it's indeed have no sound nor music..
And even the coins interface shows 10,000 only, but still can buy anything, so it work.

So we have broken sound, no levels and shops unlocked, no unlimited hints, no instant timers (analysis, partners, etc).
All stuff that we used to have.
Did the game change that much so it was hard to do those mods?

Also, it would've been nice if the coins weren't locked at 10k
