The mod doesn't work. There is tons of gold but when you get to a roadblock and try to use the gold to unlock the roadblock.... it says "unable to make purchase".

It would be nice to have a working mod for this game. My husband is addicted to it and he hates having to wait the 3 days at the roadblocks

Are you sure you got all the animals up until then? There are three each time and they go in to the three squares in the roadblock. The roadblock works for me with this.

Thanks Sabby, I txted that info along to my hubby. He works out of town so I can't see his game. He says he got all the animals in the levels that had them but none appeared in the road block. Are you playing the mod version as well?

As for using freedom... my husband is somewhat clueless when it comes to computers and his phone... he wouldn't have a clue how. Also our phones are not rooted.

I am running this mod and have gone through possibly 3-4 roadblocks at this point. I don't know what else it could be.

Same here at first the gold work when I brought boosters but now doesn't work at all and like always I can't log into Facebook I know about rooting but dont know how to root my phone so I dont know what sabby is doing to get this mod to work

It might be possible that there is an online block that has come up in the last few days. I cannot buy upgrades either but did not care and I am between roadblocks so it has been a few days since I passed the last one. I am not doing anything root related using this. I guess when I get to the next roadblock I will know if this is effecting me or not.

Update - one observation, this hack is v2.3.9 versus the v2.4.7 currently at the store. I tried the whole backup and restore thingy only to have 0 gold so I went back to this install. Also there is complaints of connection issues at the play store, that could have something to do with the problem. All inconclusive at this point.

Update-2 - I plowed ahead for the heck of it to the next roadblock, and yes, I cannot pay to go past it. My guess is a server-sided fix on King's part. On a positive note, in four days it will unlock! (Boo, hiss, I know.)

thank you for that info I guess its almost the same thing witj the nemo game it has to do with the server well either way I get bored of these games I just try them out for fun but thank you agsin

I'm stuck at a roadblock. I can't get any gold bars or get past the block. I've got all the animals also. I downloaded the new file at the bottom but still doesn't work. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? My phone isn't rooted either. Thank you

If you have all the animals the road block clears after a couple of days. King is just a jerk.
