How is this different than the 7/21 release?

Full/unlocked means it was a free game cracked to be full version. Full/paid means it is the full retail, paid, version with the license check removed. A lot of the publishers, bigfish, g5e, these guys, release a free version of their adventure games first then later will come out with a paid version. I myself prefer the full/paid uploads, generally more complete from the get-go.
