WinCE cab manager is the most difficult-to-find but useful program out there. I couldn't live without it! THANKS PQD2505VN, even if you forgot to add some stupid image!

FYI the crack works an works well, and as the guest mentioned the thing is packed with armadillo, so its a bitch to crack, and I havent seen 2.023 anywhere.

no its purpose is to edit existing cab files or make new cab installs for ppc.
