Comments:
Well, this application is a new kid on the block, coming to challenge the "Missing Sync" (reviewed and uploaded here: viewtopic.php?f=46&t=27442). The beta came public a week ago (released 21.11.2007) and it is not bug free, but on the other hand, it is still a beta!
The good news is that it's freeware, although I'd gladly pay for it, if it proves to worth the money.
The reason for uploading the software here, even though it's free of charge, is for Mac users to become aware of its existence.
