Fixed error when working with windows mobile 2003. If you used version 1.0 and made the device black, please download and run the fix program at: http://www.mobiano.com/dl/theme-2003-fix.exe. Sorry about it.
Fixed error "Selected collating sequence not supported by the operationg system." in some computer.

Runs fine on Win Vista
themes work on my WM6 device
(Only deficit: The first update takes about one hour... maybe the server was overrun..
1.0 didn't take so long^^)
