I have seen this around but never used it... Any reviews or upsides to using this?

Full blown backup apps are OK, but I generally dislike how they'll store backups in some proprietary file format.
I tried Microsoft's simple SyncToy for a while but it was a little flaky.
GoodSync does it all - it's small, fast and it never fails. It can be setup to run manually or as a scheduled task. It stores files exactly as they are and you can copy to or from ANYwhere, including across networks, USB keys, external drives and even PDA's.
