Overview: Slide 2 UnLock is a simple lock/unlock application which has the iPhone style slide unlocking. It can be used as a screensaver while you don't use your device.



Features:
Start from v1.1, INSTALLATION is necessary! If you have used any other methods to make SLIDE.EXE runs on wake up event, please UNDO it before using this version. Read "How to use" for details.

v1.17:
- Fixed the bug of "ShowSpbWeather" when the weather source is not the default one.
- Some bugs fixed.
- The followings only work on WM5/6 devices:
>> Added option "BlankOnTalk" - turn off the LCD when the phone call is talking. If you want to turn on the LCD, simply press the power button.
>> If SLIDE is already activated before a phone call is incoming, SLIDE will be hidden when it's ringing; and SLIDE will be reactivated after the call.
>> No more polling jobs, all system state changes are handled by iLock now (using the SNAPI). The result will be more accurate & uses lesser power (uses lesser power also apply to WM2003 version).
>> added missed voice mail and missed MMS counts.

I will try it again. Version 1.151 was not 100% Bug-Free. The tool is great and looks great but in hang up my Ipaq sometimes. Now i will test the new release... I hope it works better than 1.151.

Edit:
I can´t install it. 1.151 was a ZIP/RAR-File. Now it is a CAB-File and it won´t work with my CAB-Installer. How can i extract the Files from the CAB-Archive? When i open it with WinRAR i can see only many Files but not the same as in Version 1.151. What´s wrong?

and that's why we ask you to update your profile. S2U2 is just compatible with WM5 and WM6 and won't work on previous operating systems.

The following files are included in this release:
SLIDE.EXE - the locker
iLock.EXE - mainly for the "auto start" of SLIDE
SLIDE.INI - configures the appearance/behaviour of the locker
GFX (folder) - contains all the necessary graphics for the locker; fully customizable

How to use:
==========
1. a simple INSTALLATION is necessary!
2. place EVERYTHING in folder "\Program Files\Slide2Unlock" on your device, otherwise the "auto start" will not work!
3. create a shortcut or map a hardware key to the iLock.exe (not SLIDE.EXE)
4. you may even let iLock.exe starts everytime you reset your device by placing it under "\Windows\StartUp" (NOT RECOMMENDED yet)
5. everytime you have changed the setting in SLIDE.INI, you have to execute iLock.exe to reload the settings.
6. to UNINSTALL, use Task Manager to kill the SLIDE.EXE & iLock.exe. Then delete all files from "\Program Files\Slide2Unlock" and delete iLock.exe from "\Windows\StartUp".
