although requesting a re-upload in the first message seems unlovable, I paid for a megaupload premium account and I couldn't use it since they closed all ports towards my country, so your kind re-upload to rapidshare would be appreciated

Could not get it to be a visible Today's plugin, though it appeared in the list of available and enabled plugins shown by SKTools.

Default WM5's utility to edit the today's plugin list wont let to select the GPRS Traffic Monitor at all so no wonder it wasn't there.

What I was doing wrong?
