IPSMS v0.1.6 (freeware)
Requirements: Windows Mobile 2003 or later
Overview: IPSMS is a tooll for sending SMS via SMS77, SMSBug, Voipbuster (nonoh, sparvoip, voipstunt, webcall Direct, VoipWise, 12voip, dialnow, justvoip, etc.) and your cellular network provider. It is an application for sending SMS over the Internet.

I was having troubles too and what I've found on XDA Dev forum:

Download Link Rapidshare (v0.1.6): removed (version chrashes on startup)
Download Link Megaupload (v0.1.6): removed (version chrashes on startup)
