The author has also promised to make a checkbox for speakerphone on/off to allow for automatic speakerphone invocation; to save persistent recods and auto startup after reset (HERE)

This is not freeware and does not have a homepage

I'm affraid I don't agree with you (about not being a freeware) since the author of this program supplies the registration number to use freely the prog until v2.X (found at the end of the article you point to and in one of the comments from the author)

Still a very contribution IMHO.

Thanx

i tested it on my htc touch wm6.
it runs correctly so far, but records from my site are really gentle...
if i call myself with another number, it works like it should, but here is the same i cant hear anything.

so in this part of development its unusable!

So, if I understand well, this is a freeware application due to the author decision. Am I right ??

All phones have voicemail. Just wondering what for and why this would be used. Educate me please. Thanks

Bendy, i am also kind of lost on this one. What does it exactly do? I get my voicemail by pressing one for a few seconds. It calls and i hear my messages then i can delete them or do whatever. What does this one do?

This is like an answering machine for a normal phone
You record a message (Hi, im not available, please leave a message and ill ring back)
Someone rings
after a set time, the phone automatically picks up and plays recorded message to person ringing
That person leaves a message on your phone
you come back and hear it

it is similar to voicemail except all done on your phone - some providers charge for hearing voicemail, so this is a cheaper alternative

Wow, if it's like that, then it's awesome. So you can do it without having to actually call voicemail and edit it there. Then you can listen and delete voicemails off it?
