HushSMS v0.3 beta 1 (Freeware)
Requirements: Windows Mobile 5 and 6
Overview: HushSMS is a tool to sent a class zero message (aka Flash-SMS) or a stealthy PING message to another cellphone.
The "Silent Ping" enables you to sent a message to another cellphone without the owner getting knowledge about.
The message is discarded on the owners phone and no trace exists. You will get back a message from the operator that your message has been delivered, proving that your message has been received, and thus you can know that the owners phone is switched on.
This is not some kind of hack or whatever. It's a normal function per standard and works on any phone.
Q: Why such a software? A: I regulary need it in my job. Sometimes I have to be sure a specific phone is switched on and I can send information to that phone without it beeing stored (class zero message).

Update Description:
v0.3 Beta (08-04-2008):
It's beta, so I ask you to test it on smartphone and Square devices and tell if it is working fine or if there are GUI problems left (there may be some functional problems, but hey, it's beta and time is limited these days
.
This version is only tested in emulator (at least for smartphone and square device)..
It has a new feature for sending MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) messages. This was some fun in the late 90'th. But don't get people pissed by sending them these messages. I implemented it as a feature, not some kind of hack!
If your provider allows this kind of message, it will do the following:
The recipient device displays a pop-up, showing a new voice message on the voice-box. In second on most device NO sender number is shown (I only saw blackberrys that showed the number of the sender).
In addition a record symbol is displayed it the recipients title bar, and this cannot be deleted. Only a deactivation message can delete the symbol.
So whatever you do with it: Be responsible and don't make stupid shit with other peoples phones.
There is a second edit-box in the main window (for PPC users) wich is currently used for RIL debugging. It will be off in the final version.
Yes, you're read right. For some messages I use RIL directly as the sms api from M$ is piece of crap.
One can do alot of stuff by using RIL directly for messaging
