tropheus, have you completely uninstalled the previous version of the app? Please read my 3rd post in this thread; basically get your device back to the way it was before you installed any other version.

WATERMARK problem AGAIN !!!

Works perfect here... i did some testings with going online - offline, softreset, active sync etc. and no problems till now

you must have missed sth when uninstalling, perhaps some files remained in the phonex folder in the "Program Files" Folder or sth like this

once you have registered, the Registration button is greyed out, however it is not until you soft reset that that button turns into an "about" button. Therefore, I have found the lack of a soft reset means the "trial" watermark will return. Once you have soft reset all seems to work fine.

I have installed PhonEx 1.4 the following way:

Uninstall of PhonEx 1.4 beta3 (including data)
Removal of the Installation folder
Removal of the Registry key for the previous
Removal of the Hosts Registry keys
Installation from the cab file
Restart
Registration

And now I'm suffering the old Trial Watermark again.

Any tips?

awesome! did a hard reset a few days ago so any previous traces of phonex shouldve been removed i think. anyway hopefully the watermark dont appear. but does anyone know if there ARE any themes to download???? thankx.
