Overview: Look beyond your inbox! Message Notify for Windows Mobile Professional 6, allows you to be notified of all incoming emails, even if they are delivered to folders other than your inbox. Customizable alerts and display settings make this product a must-have!
Message Notify is a today screen plug-in application that will notify you of all your unread messages, regardless of the folder.
Even though you may select to sync non-inbox folders with your device, the software provided with the Windows Mobile platform will not notify you that a new email has been delivered to these folders. Until now, the only way to tell that you had new emails in any of your subfolders was to open the mail app and manually browse the folder list.
Message Notify enhances the behavior of your Windows Mobile device to give you more control and notification options than the device provides by default.
Features of Message Notify include:
• Installs as a Today Screen plug-in, displaying a customizable, real-time summary of all unread emails
• Displays account name + total unread messages in account
• Plays customizable audible alert and/or vibration
• From the Today screen, click to open the selected folder in the Windows Mobile Mail application
• Monitors unread messages in all folders and subfolders - any changes will be reflected on the Today Screen in real time.
• Account independent settings
• Select audible alerts from wma, wav or mid files
• Modify display settings to display all folders, or just the sum total of all unread messages. **

Message Notify integrates directly into the Windows Mobile Professional Today Screen. Developed to be lightweight and efficient, this plug-in is loaded automatically at boot time, and displays the total number of unread emails in each of your email accounts, taking into account all folders and subfolders. In addition, MessageNotify can be customized to display the folders which contain the unread messages, allowing you click directly from the Today screen to the folder you are most interested in. As new messages are delivered, MessageNotify can be configured to notify the user through a customizable alert tone or device vibration.
