Tired of long pressing your power button, confirming the power-off, then pressing the power button again just to reboot your Windows Mobile device? For a Windows phone geek player, or a developer, it is so often that you need to soft reset your device.

Strangely enough, Windows Mobile has not built in a handy menu-driven way to reboot the device, unlike the destop Windows that users have been familiar with and customed to. With this little toolkit, you can again conveniently soft reset your Windows phone with just a couple of menu clicks.

The software also automatically checks the availability of a new version or updates. Access to the Wireless Internet is done in a passive fashion, namely, such an access is tried only when a connection to the Wireless Internet has already been established, e.g. by IE mobile.

Tested on Windows Mobile 5 and above. Though it should work on earlier versions too. It is said to be possible that some phone manufacturer disables the functionality of programatically rebooting. However, no reports have been received yet.
