Overview: Dual boot solution for Windows Mobile devices with XDANDROID. Easily boot into both WM & Android.


Android on WM devices is getting more and more popular, especially with the latest developments, and it's almost ready for daily use.
I wanted to have an app so we could easily boot into both WM & Android, and Gen.Y DualBOOT was the solution.
This release is made for VGA devices, and supports both booting from Internal Storage (moviNAND, e.g. Touch Diamond) & Storage Card (SDMemory, e.g. Touch Pro). WVGA version and QVGA version is also ready. This app has been tested on WM6.1, but will work perfectly on WM6.5.x as well.

Keep in mind that your android setup must be installed already at the root of your storage card in order for this app to work correctly
(e.g. \Internal Storage\haret.exe or \Storage Card\haret.exe respectively)

Yap... first line of first post of the link under XDA forum: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpos ... ostcount=1
The point is that Android still doesn't work on HD2's devices and this app is great because it is a GUI for launching Android or WM.
So: until Android won't be ported on HD2, no use for this app for HD2 owners.

so where do we get android from? I never knew you could use android on a WM device.

I have the Android program on my SD card but it never finds it. I have a TP2 if it matters, NRG rom.

where can i find how to install android on my sd card without touching my WM 6.1 on my TP2

I have a vzw tp2, whats the reason for a different rom? I have not come across any reason to change from stock?
