Phone program of Windows Mobile Phone will no longer be listed in SmallMenu task list.

An important change! :D Previous version shows even 2 or 3 items for Phone when launch the menu. Very annoying and make me remove this tool. Now install it again! 8)

v3.20 version of SmallMenu locks my WM5 HP Hx2790 after soft reset. Delayed launch did not help. Back to v.3.19.1.

For new users:

If you have many programs installed, it will be harder and harder to find them in Windows "Programs". SmallMenu is a fine "cascading menu" type solution. It doesn't slow your machine. It is very useful in closing tasks, and has a fine battery monitor on top bar. Try this small program with my suggested settings:

After installing, go to SmallMenu settings/General, tick box "launch small menu on soft reset". (Delay 0)
Create a "\My Documents\SmallMenu" directory.
Tick box "use custom menu at" and show the newly created directory.
Plan your program groups and create sub directories as needed.(e.g. \My Documents\SmallMenu\1.Business, \My Documents\SmallMenu\2.Utilities, \My Documents\SmallMenu\3.Games....). You can create nested directories if needed. (\My Documents\SmallMenu\3.Games\Strategy\...)
Copy your program shortcuts into directories. You can find shortcuts of installed programs at \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\ or make your own shortcuts from exe files using Windows' native File Explorer. ( "copy" the exe file, go to the target directory, do "paste shortcut".)

Go to SmallMenu settings/Plus and tick "use start button".
Create a BMP icon using a paint program (like Pixello) . (My icon is a 7x7 pixel BMP, upper left half is a blue triangle, lower right half is a white triangle. On use, it looks like a bent corner of a paper on windows flag).
Tick box "use ext. skin for start button" and show it the new icon created.
Tick box "show close task icons".
Click "edit menu items". Tick boxes only "Programs" and "Close"
Choose "Programs" (Click on the word "Program"), tick box "Locate items in the main menu". Click Ok.

Go to SmallMenu settings/Battery, activate "show batt. monitor".

Go to SmallMenu settings/System, Specify distance "60", click ok.

Start SmallMenu and click "refresh". Enjoy.

(sorry for my English, it is not my native language.)

To mods: If you don't find it useful, feel free to snip or modify the post.
