I tried this on a E-ten X500.
I could'nt get auto scale to work properly and my PPC hung many times.
So I de-installed the app.
Will be looking for another overclocking utility

It doesn't work on my Asus MyPal A636. The control panel of XCPUScalar is being showed for a few seconds and then my screen fades white and I have to do a soft reset. Anayone got this working on a A636?

Is there an inbuilt CPU scaling feature on your device ? Go to the processor settings and check.If you have a choice
of several processor modes, you mustn´t use the Automatice Mode, but instead, the fastest (in my device callled Turbo)possible mode. Only then can you start using XCPUScalar. :)

tried overclocking my atom life and it works like a charm! hanged once but worked very well after.

If the device hangs often, than reduce the highest speed setting one step back.
