Comment: All PocketPC users are always looking for a way to use their devices with one hand without pulling out their stylus. The only way to get rid of stylus is to use hardware buttons and assign them to different tasks, applications or even macros.
VITO ButtonMapper is very similar to the default Buttons applet but with the ability to assign different tasks to hardware buttons in each application installed on your device. For example, the left softkey can be assigned to Call History when the today screen is active but in Media Player plays/pauses the current music file and in Pocket Word scrolls the page down. A hardware button can even simulate a tap or tap 'n hold action. Each button has both a short press and a hold situation, so it can simulate two actions. It also provides a macro recorder that can perform a sequence of stylus taps with a single press of a button.
VITO ButtonMapper is designed perfectly and it just overrides the default Buttons applet in Settings menu when it's executed. It will run even after soft-reset and can import/export all button maps from/to a file. It just needs something about 75KB of program memory while running but will also copies 1MB of files to the main memory even if it's installed on storage card.
Finally in my opinion, remembering all button maps is not practical specially if buttons are assigned to different actions in different applications.

you have to assign macros to hardware buttons in order to call them.

it provides macros for stylus tap emulation which allows to record a sequence of touchscreen taps and to perform them with a button press.

to assign macros for stylus tap emulation:
1. select an application from Configuration list for application dependent assignments
2. select a button from Hardware Buttons table
3. select Macros from Button assignment list
4. read on-screen instructions appeared in dialog box and perform some necessary perform actions (like activating some options in the application, etc.) then press OK
5. ButtonMaper will launch the application chosen from Configuration list and will display its main window and a red dot in the center
6. perform the actions you need by tapping or tap 'n holding on the desired areas of the screen
7. press the red dot in the center to end sequence recording
8. enter name for recorded macros

if for any reason you cannot save macros on your device, try reinstalling Vito ButtonMapper and if it already persists, use the previous version and test its macro recorder: VITO ButtonMapper 3.9

anyway, you may find Button Plus another handy hardware button mapper.

I found it. I installed it by cab so the Macro recorder wasn't installed. Only with the Exe both are installed. I found the Macro recorder on their site, so now everything is ok. Thanks for the advice though :D
