What happened was that Pocket Mechanic deleted the entry for XCPUScalar from the install catalogue but didn't remove the files.
Don't worry, XCPUScalar is fairly self-contained so all you need to do is make sure it's not running, delete the folder where XCPUScalar is installed and remove any shortcut files from the WINDOWS folder.
