Better follow these steps:
1) Open old app
2) Go to help menu
3) Tap on Registration and Tap on Unregister, then confirm
4) Uninstall the old app
5) Search for Anton in the Register deleting the existing key
6) Install the New Version
7) Register it with the serial provided.
8) Done, Enjoy 8)

I remember reading in older post about this program that it caused lots of problems (including causing hard resets) due to its registration method. Can anyone confirm that this version does not have similar issues?

Thanks.

Following the steps wrote above, in my previous post, I didn't had any issue about installation and piracy warnings ;)
Tested the app and seems to works fine ( Tested: ScanDisc, Slack Analisys, Notification Queue, Card Info, Defrag Info, Large Files, etc.)

CE Database, still do nothing ... didn't fill the window with the dbs in use.... :?

Not tested yet critical functions like:
Defrag, Safe Mode operations, Programs Relocation, Format ...)

Hope this help you ;)

Anyway, the app seems stable ;)

It is quite stable. This release defrag no longer asks for safe mode reset when you try to defrag. It works fine at least for degrag in normal mode and asks for soft reset when it finishes.

Yeah ;)
Did you ever tried the "precise cluster" option defrag ??
In a previous version.. 2.35 or so... I tried on my 4Gb SD and after 6:30 the app were still in working around the 50% ....
Obviuosly, I interrupted it ....

No I did not and dare not. If your card has many fregments, including some very big files, I would not recommend to even run it. I have a 300mb file (spb backup image) which was fragmented and it took 90 minutes for it to finish (I tried to interrupt but since it was the only file, well it finished anyway).

What I found is that just copy everything to PC then reformat the card and copy everything back is a lot quicker if your large capacity card has a lot of fragment or some of the larger files needs defrag (need USB2.0 or firewire card reader for this). After that run the defrag tool then it will be a breeze....

Yeah ... it's true.
I first copy to SD big files that rarely could be modified often .
For example the Cline.dat of my WE TomTom map (almost 1Gb) then perform a defrag.
Later copy to SD other big groups of files and defrag again ...... it wlli let you earns at last a 10% in speed during the use of applications

Plays nicely on Cing. 8525 w/ VP3G WM6. Seems to work fine in all functions and the de-install instructions for the earlier version was a snap.

$10 WD in your box.
