I installed it on my SD Card but when i do a "Free RAM" the Device locks up and i need to do a SR.
Can it only be installed on the Device??.

I think you could install it and use from SD card, but be careful with this beast, coz the system may crash after that.

very strange, with the previos ver 3.1.9 the memory optimizer reached 31,8 mb
with this ver i got 30.3 mb
istalled the old ver and i got again over 31 mb i don´t know what is going on....

download,install and register with previewes serial no.in htc x7500 wm 6.0

Yes, this can be successfully installed on storage card.
Sometimes a simple uninstall/reinstall might fixed those strange issues.

Isn't there a "simple" & small program out there that successfuly releases Memory like when you do a SR (Soft Reset)???....if you know of one i'd be greatful if you would post it.

Sure. Settings -> Memory -> Running Programs -> Stop All

Alternatively look for any of the many task managers and close button enhancers around. Browse the "System" area of the forum. And please don't answer here, wer'e already offtopic and this thread should be best left for SKTools related stuff.

Does this version include storage utility that can display SD card id?
I couldn't find it. Someone please help, if not please suggest others.
