The red message is written to the exe in the pc program, but theres a conditional branch around it. Developer prolly 4got 2 remove it from retail version. Well make it a jmp.

Can I use this to take a commercial program - say one I found here - and then convert it so I can install it on my PPC.

Or to put it another way.

I want to skip using activesync and create a package from a commercial program, that I can copy to my SD card, then install from there. Can I do this with this program.

You can make autoinstallers with multiple cabs. I.e abs clean backups.
Its more... adv user oriented.

Also it compresses the cabs which wm2k3/se cant natively do
