Does anyone know where settings are stored ?? Each time I update this software, I must tell it take a long time to customize again... During installation, it says "do you want to keep your settings" but a "yes" does not succeed for that. Thank you

I'm not sure if this is new to the software, but this time it has asked me if I want to keep the settings. After finishing installation I only had to tap on the usual "Touch optimized" mode, and after that old settings worked.

Will this application expire? I have a registered version of Resco Explorer 2008 and would hate to lose it for a beta that times out. Thanks.

In beta2, when I use it in Windows 6.3.5x, the toolbar icons at the bottom gets cut off. Is this still a problem with beta3?

Use ShowCase Suite and it fixes it automatically.

BTW, this beta 3 got extremely slow when opening Windows directory compared to beta 2. As I couldn't recognize any improvements only this issue, I'm going back to beta 2.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Resco\Explorer

Backup the entire registry key (using SKTools, SASHIMI or Resco Explorer itself), and you won't have to reconfigure anything again. After a flash, just install the CAB(s) and merge the REG.

One more thing - also back up \Windows\wmtrigger.dat - this is where the registration info is stored (just make sure you keep using the same owner name).
