!Wait v1.0 (Freeware)
Requirements: PocketPC 2003(SE), WM5, WM6
Overview: If you have had enough of always seeing the 4 colour symbol telling you you have to wait and be patient, !Wait lets you replace it with an animated GIF of your choice.
After having installed the program, you must replace a file in the \Windows directory with the name gwes.exe.0409.mui if your Pocket PC is in English. Note: the number (409 here) is different for different OS languages, carefully read the author's site to know what to use in your case.
