Riseset v1.2 Bld:807
Requirements: PocketPC 2003(SE), WM5 - Ewe Java Virtual Machine
Overview: The Riseset Application displays information about the rise, transit and set times (among other data) for the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn.

The Riseset Application displays information about the rise, transit and set times (among other data) for the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. Any date and user location may be specified.
Riseset has good accuracy for visual sighting. The actual sun times should be within a few seconds of the time shown. The moon and planets times are given to the second, but the actual time could be ± a minute.
The program also gives:
* The altitude and azimuth angles at the current time, or at a user specified time.
* A compass drawing showing the azimuth and altitude angles.
* Optional magnetic compass correction for azimuth angles.
* The right ascension and declination of each of the celestial bodies.
* For the Sun -- the length of the day, time of the civil, nautical, and astronomical twilight.
* The current percent visibility of the Moon.
* The date and time of the next Moon phase.
* Lunar or solar eclipse information a few days in advance of the event.
Note that that program uses the Ewe Java Virtual Machine (released HERE) and that it must be installed (be warned that Ewe uses over 2Mb).
