Just for your reference, the file already had been downloaded 100+ times. you can try downloading without registering first.

That would be great.

I can see that it has been downloaded as you say, but the button continually says wait 60 seconds - never changes for me.

Actually - since then I checked the source on that page and found the link to bypass the wait button and it is downloading now. Here it is - may help others...
