Overview: With this app You can make programs FOR your PDA ON your PDA. Some time ago it was comercial, but now its freeware. It uses Microsofts JavaScript as programing language. With it theres some PC assistance, which allows U to make apps not only on PDA, but also on PC. It can also generate .CAB files for your apps.

Looks interesting but do users have to know java?
I gave up code hacking years ago

And what are the pre-reqs? e.g. do you need java on PC & PPC?

From what I read, java is build-in, but U can install VisualBasic Script and use it.
