it seems that the player 7 for ppc is the plugin for IE
and the Flash Lite Player is a standalone player .

Both can also apparently be used as plugins for Opera Mobile, which one is the best ?

Yes it is supposed to work with Opera: it is written in Opera Mobile software description web site.
I have installed it, but I haven't yet noticed anything: my problem is that I don't know a web site I am sure there is flash so that I can test with and without the flash plugin. If someone no such a web site, I could test it.

Hi
As far I know about Flash player 7, it is for IE and may not open *.swf (Flash files) files directly, instead it opens *.html files in which .swf may be embeded, while using Flash lite, you can open the .swf and watch the flash presention.

Just going to download this Flash Lite, hopefully work as I am expected i.e. view my *.swf presentation without the use of IE.

Now I have modded a standalone flash 6 player. It runs well on wm3+.
