Features:
With Real VGA you can change the DPI setting and the language of any WM6 base device. Install the desired packages and the Real VGA package. The DPI packs are available for 96dpi and 128dpi. The new HTC Home plug-in seems to run pretty well in 96dpi :-)

Important! Please note that currently they are designed only for ENGLISH OS versions. The may behave unpredictibly under other OS.

- Version 1.1
- 14.9.2007

Included in both DPI packs is a fix to close the gap at the bottom of the phone.

The CPU usage keeps the same over here, and the program doesn't stay in memory. After changing the DPI in the program, the device reboots to activates the chosen DPI. So I think there's no speed loss at all.

Excellent app! Been using for a week now and very impressed, 128DPI is very useable, however I cannot use PTvncWM5 with it as the increased resolution means the keyboard in this program doesn't function properly - any ideas?

Seems change in dpi is eating memory of my HTC Touch. Display is fine but free memory has gone down.

That seems a bit logical to me, the screen has to show more detail than usual. As long as the speed is not reduced by much (which is true) I don't see any problem with that. I personally think it's worth it to have more data on screen at times.

I tried this and disabled it after a couple minutes of usage. The small DPI seems absolutely unusable to me.
