Overview: The relatively short battery life of the Pocket PC hinders its great multimedia capability. Thankfully, a number of power accessories are available to solve this problem, including Power Runner 2 External Battery, which I review in this column.


IBM has two voice recognition applications; one that lets you control your Pocket PC through voice commands and another that translates English to French, Italian, German, and Spanish, and from these languages back into English.

Intersting program. It's quite old (2001). When I try to install it, setup runs, but the setup window never shows up (I can see it in the task manager). Any thoughts how to install it (on WinXP pro)?

Will it write english as I speak? on WM5, You said it works on WM2003 only.

Working in my HTC HERMES, WM6. But the app is crap..

why crap? what can it do?

this does pretty much the same microsoft voice command but less well, the recognition of this program is not very accurate
