Overview: Pocket Wikipedia, hand-checked selection from Wikipedia which is about the size of a fifteen volume encyclopaedia (24,000 images and 14 million words). The selection was made by Schools Wikipedia and is available for download here. This application it's a freeware software, works on PocketPC, Windows and Linux. Pocket Wikipedia was created to work on PocketPC systems. After that was ported on Windows and Linux systems. Because the large size of the database file all OS versions of Pocket Wikipedia are distributed in one zip archive.

Hey inky the exe is no install file. It's even not an WindowsXP file ^^ its a Winmobile .exe. Copy evrything to your PPC and run it on your PPC... didn't you read the readme.html ;D ?

You can use the WikipediaW.exe if you want to read the wiki on your Windows PC.

I will try now, my 2Gb sdcard it's being too small with this apps.

On Asus p535 doesn't work.
Opening page can't decipher Html code (shows code) then it tries to open default browser and fails to read proper file on auto created html folder.

Works fines on WM6 emulator

When i choose random article, it works (with the new Opera Beta installed)... When i choose "subjects" or "titles" it doesn't work... File not found... Same problem with "search"... File not found

So guyz may I have some screenshots of Your experience & thanx very much for Your reviews, I am looking forward to have the same amount of participation in making this masterpiece work.

Any chance of a link not on Rapidshare.de? I can't get it to work as apparently I never get a valid session. Rapidshare.com is fine, just not .de

If it is some underhand tactic of rapidshares to get me to cough up, I'm afraid it isn't going to happen (if they can't prove their system works in the free model, am I likely to trust them enough to give them money?).

O0ps! I knew that, lol. When I clicked on the exe it gave me that microsoft error to report it to microsoft or not. Didn't give me the error saying "this is not a valid windows file" or whatever, so I thought it was a windows file. lol, but thanx.
