Does this tts read from any window on screen? Like Iexplorer or pword?

If not which program can do that? I once came across PAC Mate's internal JAWS
but never got hold of it.

I have tried Mobile Speak 2.1 (Code Factory) but way too complicated.

I only want tts screen reader that reads any screen content with the push of a button.
