This works ok. It has two parts, your personal dream diary (password protected) and Dream Interpreter which is a simple word look-up, giving a brief interpretation of that word as a symbolic dream meaning. Some of the 'meanings' are a bit shallow.. you read things that talk about your business or love life, etc. I think that a program like this is unable to go beyond a general symbolic meaning of an object or condition in a dream. Whether it is related to business, love, etc is for you to decide. Dream symbol meanings should not be applied to specific situations in your life in this shallow way.

For example, say your dream had FOG in it. Typing 'fog' into the interpreter part gives you this interpretation...

(FOG at sea) your love life is in trouble ... This is wrong. fog at sea, at most, it relates to your emotions being hidden.
(FOG on land) signifies business troubles ... This is wrong. fog on land suggests lack of foresight, depending upon the dream scenery.
(FOG dissapears) all will end well ... This is wrong. Dissapearing fog suggests your view of something (problem?) will become clearer.

The program could use an editable database so you could change some of these dubious meanings, or add your own symbols.

It is hard to know how robust the program is over time. You'd hate to enter lots of your dreams and then, one day, you lost it all when the program failed.

These criticisms aside, it looks like a useful program for those who take an interest in their dreams.

A CAB file would be nice. I tried to recover it from my laptop but could not find it anywhere.

Most of the symbolic meanings seem reasonable though. :)
