Hi, Sarah, IMHO, best CABinstaller creator is WinCE CAB Manager, I use it all times.
However if you want to "protect" a little your program, you can use Pocket PC Installer Professional, as I did when I wrote Zeno USB Host Drivers.

With WinCE CAB Manager you have maximal flexibility when creating your cab installer.

I wrote this because a member of this board (Dasai) published your program on a chinese-english forum pda4x.com (http://www.pda4x.com/read.php?tid=100982), without even mention your name as the author of the program! Same for PocketBirds.
IMHO it's a lack of respect for your work and efforts.
A minimal decency from Dasai should be to mention your name.

As I understand it the VGA version should display on WVGA but with a blank strip 160pixels deep, at the bottom of the screen.

I don't know - I do not think there is a maximum limit.

(The more characters there are, the slower the display will be.)
