Pocketplasma Light v1.0 (Freeware)
Requirements: PPC WM6
Overview: With PocketPlasma you'll have a collection plasma balls, one of the of the faboulous Sixties and Seventies techno gadgets in your pocket, just inside your device
"Light" version:
This is the freeware version. it has only one kind of gas inside it (Neon-Xenon) that produces pink/violet plasma (first screenshot). You cannot change the gas inside (you'll have to break the glass globe to do it
), and cannot change the glass reflection. You cannot acces the preferences panels. You don't have the bottom center button that is the Randomizer.
"Pro" version:
This is the donationware version, so you can access the preferences panel (bottom left button):
- You can choose between 7 gases mixtures (Neon-Xenon, Krypton, Argon-Nitrogen-Krypton, Krypton-Argon, Argon-Nitrogen-Krypton, Xenon-Argon-Nitrogen-Iodine-Neon, CH4) that produce all the colors you see in screenshot... and one that isn't in screenshot and you'll discover yourself
- You can choose between 6 different glass globe reflections (Office, Forest, New York, Mall, Carousel and Clear without reflection)
- You can choose the kind of plasma filament attracted by your finger (gas, as in screenshot 1, or lightning, as in screenshot 2)
- You can choose wheter to hear the sounds or not
- You can use the Randomizer (bottom center button) to let your device choose various combinations of gases, reflections and attraction points
- Your preferences are saved, so that, at next launch, you'll have the same configuration you had quitting.

Usage:
Click on the "*" button to ignit the PlasmaBall, and it will begin to generate colourful energy lightnings. If you swipe your finger across the ball, you'll generate an electrostatic "point of attraction", that will call a plasma filament towards your finger: at this point you can bring it all around the globe.
Click the "*" again to switch off the ball; click the "i" for info; click the "x" to exit.
