S2U2 v0.81 (freeware)
Requirements: Windows Mobile 5.0 / WM6
Overview: S2U2 is a simple lock/unlock application which has the iPhone style slide unlocking. It can be used as a screensaver while you don't use your device. S2U2 is the new version of Slide2Unlock because the old one is a RAM hunger and running it at Landscape mode caused a lot of troubles. So the author started to rewrite the whole thing in C++... and, here it is the new born baby - S2U2. As a new start, this is the most basic version, i.e. it does not have the Caller ID, unread xxx notifications, etc...


- added s2u2 Settings.exe for changing the settings of S2U2


- iLock2.exe no longer need to use the notification database

- when the screen is locked, only touch/move the slider will reset the idle time

- added option ACBlankOnTalk (similar to BlankOnTalk, but only effective when connected to external power)

- added the SMS unread count for Korean devices

- the CAB installation will not overwrite the previous settings of S2U2

- some minor bugs fixed

Now more compatible with WM6

prog works great but i have a few questions. i have read all of my sms messages and my emails but yest the icons for both email and sms are there wtih numbers next to them. how can i fix this

about the pictures.. just replace the walpaper file in S2U2 folther with the image u wanna use..

after that do a soft reset and will be with your new wallpaper..

Im not sure if you are noticed about this but S2U2 is a battery eating machine. My battery drained I could say about 40% faster with this application running on Xda Zinc . I've removed the application and the battery has drained normally again. Do some fix.

I would assume that's because it's a screensaver, so rather than letting your device go into standby it goes into screensaver mode, meaning your device is constantly on, waiting for the slide action.
