What's new in 3.1.0.3
Fixed a bug in the preview area in the Theme Manager.
Added the ability to set the background of an "upper" toolbar separately from the toolbars that appear near the bottom of the screen.
Fixed a bug where the close/ok button and window title could be updated for a non-visible window.
The start menu shortcuts for WisBar actions will now launch WisBar if the program is not already running.
Fixed a bug where the cascading start menu would disappear when called by a hardware button.
Fixed the transparency in the skinned volume dialog.
The "Plugins" settings page now displays "No items in this view" if there are currently no available plugins.
Fixed a bug where the start menu sounds would play when there were no sounds defined.
Fixed a bug where program icons would disappear from the running task list.
WisBar now uses ClearType when the system's ClearType setting is turned on.
Added an option to hide all of the buttons on an application basis.
Fixed a bug in the Theme Manager where the pressed state for taskbar buttons couldn't be changed.

this version have a lot of bugs!!!

There seems to be a problem with my contacts HW and SW buttons. when pressed the contacts appear blank and the screen freezes only option is a soft reset. can´t send MMS and TEXT messg..Blank screen and Freezes... Worked fine in 3.1.0.2 (back)

Not the best solution to write with the same nickname in both forums.

Have installed the program into cht9000 and have the same problems with the contacts. Will stay out of this version for the moment till there is an update.

Hi I have an HTC x7501 and "WisBar" is installed and everything works except sometimes the system tray seems to disappear and I have to go to settings and hit "apply" again for it to show up so does anyone else have this problem ?? or know how to fix it. I have tried re-installing but it still does it. Thanks...TJ
